It’s 2008 ! Can you believe it? HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone and I hope it is a
prosperous new year for each one of you. |
| As
your new president, I am looking forward to an exciting year as we work
together to achieve our goals to make this chapter our number one resource. I
would like to thank those who filled board
positions and to those who volunteer on a regular basis. Without
volunteers it would most difficult to accomplish those goals. |
Some
of the things we look forward to in 2008:

APA National Congress in Austin, TX May 13 – 17
-
Educational Seminars for those preparing to take the FPC/CPP
exams.

On-the-Road meetings (Westport and Yakima last year were a lot of fun)
-
NW Regional Payroll Conference (This is our 20th!)

National Payroll Week
-
Monthly Meetings (Educational and a good opportunity to network)

so much more! Your board will be meeting this month to start preparing for all
these many activities. As always there will be plenty of chances for every
member to be a participant. |

first
meeting of 2008 is Thursday January 17th. I hope to see you all
