Rainier Chapter of the American Payroll Association is Washington State’s local
chapter. It serves the needs of its membership and is open to all
payroll professionals, human resource specialist and many other professional
persons concerned with the development and operation of payroll and related
functions. |

Held on the third Thursday of every month at alternating locations in the
Seattle-Bellevue area, the Rainier Chapter proudly hosts a dinner, followed by
a presentation on subjects impacting the payroll professional in the Northwest.
Past chapter meetings have included presentations for the Internal Revenue
Service, Social Security Administration, Department of Labor, Employment
Security Department, specialists in the area of new legislation, payroll
deductions, and attorneys adept in employment-related issues and concerns.

training, legislative changes, and national APA events.

Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC)

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
exams, the Rainier Chapter offers a two-day
exam-preparation training course.
Facilitated by knowledgeable Certified Payroll Professionals, such study
sessions are a must for any dedicated payroll devotee.
