Come join the Rainier Chapter of the American Payroll Association on September 20-21, 2018

 
Vendor Opportunities:


We will provide you with vendor tickets to hand out to each participant. Once they have collected all the vendor tickets, they will be able to enter their name into a drawing for a prize, provided by the Rainier Chapter. This will provide you with the time you need to gather information from the attendee, give a demonstration of how you can help them be more successful, or you can just provide them with the ticket and send them on their way.  The choice is yours. The game guarantees everyone in attendance will visit with you. 

Our theme this year is still being determined.  We highly encourage you to join in all the fun by outfitting your booth to fit the conference theme. Vendors that participate in the theme will be entered in a best booth contest, the winning vendor will receive a special award and a gift certificate for 1/2 off the cost of the vendor booth for the 30th Northwest Regional Payroll Conference.

The winner will be announced during the closing vendor session.

Get your registration in. Once you are registered you will receive an email closer to the conference date with more details including shipping, set up times, tear down times, etc.

Early bird pricing - register and pay by  June 30th = $350.00
Register and pay after June 30th = $400.00

Additional staff: $25 each


Vendor Booths are FREE with Diamond Sponsorship and 1/2 off with Platinum, Bronze, Silver & Gold sponsorship's.  See below for more information.

The conference offers several sponsorship opportunities!

Platinum sponsorship comes with a free booth space, Bronze, Silver, and Gold come with a 1/2 priced booth space - all sponsorship's have added benefits. 

After reviewing the levels of sponsorship, if you have another idea of something you would be interested in sponsoring, give us a call, we welcome suggestions.

Diamond Sponsorship $ 2,000.00 (reduce your total due by the cost of your vendor space when paying at the end of the registration process)

 

Sponsor:  Luncheon Keynote Speaker for either Thursday or Friday.

You get: Free booth size vendor space, your company name in the registration, sponsorship acknowledgment and link to your company website on the Rainier Chapter Website, verbal thank you (multiple) during the conference, acknowledgment on the tables of your sponsorship, placement of 3 company banners, supplied by you (one in the main meeting room and one in two workshop rooms). Use Code:DIAMOND

Platinum Sponsorship $ 1,500.00 (reduce your total due by half the cost of your vendor space when paying at the end of the registration process)

Sponsor:  Opening Session Keynote Speaker or either Thursday or Friday lunch meal.

You get:   Half price booth size vendor space, your company name in the registration, sponsorship acknowledgment and link to your company website on the Rainier Chapter Website, verbal thank you (multiple) during the conference, acknowledgment on the tables of your sponsorship, placement of 2 company banners, supplied by you (one in the main meeting room and one in a workshop room). Use code:PLATINUM

Gold Sponsorship $ 1,000.00 (reduce your total due by half the cost of your vendor space when paying at the end of the registration process)

Sponsor:  Breakfast for either Thursday or Friday.

You get: Half price booth size vendor space, your company name in the registration, sponsorship acknowledgment of your company on the Rainier Chapter Website, verbal thank you (multiple) during the conference, acknowledgment on the tables of your sponsorship, if sponsoring a breakfast, placement of 1 company banner, supplied by you, in the main meeting room.  Use code:GOLD

Silver Sponsorship $ 750.00 (reduce your total due by half the cost of your vendor space when paying at the end of the registration process)

Sponsor:  Registration gift or Thursday or Friday lunch gift ~ with your logo on the item, of course!

Bronze Sponsorship $ 500.00 (reduce your total due by half the cost of your vendor space when paying at the end of the registration process)

Sponsor: Thursday morning or Thursday afternoon break

You get:  1/2 off a booth size vendor space, your company name in the registration, sponsorship acknowledgment on the break table, verbal thank you (multiple) during the conference. Use code:BRONZE

Directions:

From Downtown Seattle:
  • Take I-5 North for 15 miles
  • Take Exit 181B (Alderwood Mall)
  • Take left onto Poplar Way (first light)
  • Take left onto 196th Street
  • Drive West over the freeway one block to the Convention Center on the right
From North/ Everett:
  • Take I-5 South
  • Take Exit 181 West (524 West)
  • Merge into the right lane
  • Stay in the right lane for ¼ mile to exit onto 196th
  • Drive West one block to the Convention Center on the right
From Eastside/ Bellevue:
  • Take I-405 North
  • Merge onto I-5 South
  • Take Exit 181 West
  • Merge into the right lane

  • Drive West one block to the Convention Center on the right

PARKING

The Lynnwood Convention Center offers 400 complimentary parking spaces for guests with additional overflow parking. 

On days, we anticipate the Convention Center parking to be full, the Alderwood Community Church provides an additional 125 parking spaces for Convention Center guests. The Alderwood Community Church is located North East of the Lynnwood Convention Center across from 36th Avenue W off 195th Pl SW on the left.

Set Up Information

Vendors may begin setting up as early as 7AM on Thursday September 20.  Breakdown must be complete by 5:30PM.
